How to Contribute

Do you have a story about innovation and best practice in Victorian Education? Knowledge Bank is the place to share it.

Knowledge Bank is about celebrating and learning from best practice. If you work in an education and training provider in Victoria and are involved in an initiative that you'd like to share - we'd like to hear from you.

There are a couple of different ways you can contribute a story to Knowledge Bank:

Contact us direct

To get started get in touch with us and tell us a little about what you would like to include on Knowledge Bank. Alternatively, you can download the Knowledge Bank Case Study Template (Word - 32KB) directly and use the Guidelines (Word - 45KB) to write up your case study. If you are not sure whether what you have is suitable for Knowledge Bank, or have any questions about the process, email us at: knowledge.bank@edumail.vic.gov.au.

Contact us via your regional representative

If you working within a Victorian Government School, then a useful first point of contact is the Knowledge Bank representative within your region. Contact details for Knowledge Bank region representatives are included below. To submit a case study via your region representative download the Knowledge Bank Case Study Template (Word - 32KB) and use the Guidelines (Word - 45KB) to write it up. Forward the case study on to your Principal, and then ask your Principal to forward it to your region representative who will send it to us.
